1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard (Domestic) [3–7 business days] Free or flat rate

Express (Domestic) [1–3 business days] $15.00

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States only

​

4. Shipment Tracking

​

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout.

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.​
